By accessing or using globalchronicle.com and any associated apps, newsletters, or digital products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Use of Content
All content published by The Chronicle — including articles, photographs, graphics, video, audio, and data — is protected by copyright and owned by or licensed to The Chronicle Publishing Company Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from Chronicle content without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair dealing provisions under UK copyright law.
Limited sharing via social media platforms using our official share buttons, and quotation of brief extracts with attribution, is permitted.
Subscriptions
Digital subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law; to access the Services using automated means without our prior written consent; or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
